Services We Offer

All fire extinguishers must be serviced annually to comply with the British Standards.

According to British Standards, all fire extinguishers, except carbon dioxide units, require an extended service every five years. This involves fully discharging foam, water, powder, and wet chemical extinguishers for testing and internal inspection.BAFE-ID 300431

  • All work is undertaken by BSI and BAFE-assessed engineers at your site
  • Carried out discreetly with minimum disruption
  • Installed to British Standards
  • Cost savings on discharging against replacement at the fifth year
  • All work is in line with both BSI and DEFRA regarding environmental issues
  • Reduced carbon footprint for removal and supplying of raw materials to scrap or manufacture extinguishers

If they pass inspection, new sealing parts and refills are added, allowing them to be returned to service. This means extinguishers don’t need to be replaced solely due to age; they can be serviced by OHEAP.

insurers and meet standards set out by NSI.

NSI approved (gold)Before installation, one of our specialist security consultants will complete a site survey and a risk
assessment. With this information, we’ll then design a solution to suit your needs and budget. Once you’re happy with our solution, we’ll then install it with minimal disruption to your workplace.

Depending on the system installed servicing is required either annually or every six months.

Our intruder alarm systems use the latest technology and can be integrated into wider security systems. Meaning we can utilise cameras and other security solutions you already have in place.
